Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel bits
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chopped pretzels
  • 6 tablespoons butter (salted or unsalted)
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 9-inch deep dish pie crust
 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a large bowl (at least 10 cups in size), combine the chocolate chips, caramel bits, graham cracker crumbs, coconut flakes, chopped pecans, and chopped pretzels.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients:
    • Melt the butter and add it to the mixture, followed by the sweetened condensed milk.
    • Stir everything together until well combined.
  4. Assemble the Pie:
    • Transfer the filling into the prepared pie crust, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Bake the Pie:
    • Bake at 350ºF for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the pie is set and the top is lightly browned.
  6. Cool:
    • Cool the pie on a wire rack. It’s delicious served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  7. Store Leftovers:
    • Store any leftovers in an airtight container. The pie will stay good on the countertop for 4-5 days or in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
