Ingredients:

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, washed and dried
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp almond extract (or vanilla extract, if preferred)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Fresh blueberries
 

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Strawberries:
    • Rinse the strawberries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
    • Trim off the green tops to create a flat base for each strawberry.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, almond extract, and powdered sugar.
    • Stir well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Prepare the Strawberries for Stuffing:
    • Cut a small "X" into the pointed end of each strawberry, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Pipe the Cheesecake Filling:
    • Fill a piping bag or a zip-lock bag with the cheesecake filling.
    • If using a zip-lock bag, snip a small corner of the bag for easy piping.
    • Gently pipe the filling into the center of each strawberry's "X."
  5. Top and Serve:
    • Top each stuffed strawberry with a fresh blueberry.
    • Serve and enjoy!
