  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt (or more to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

 

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Make sure the butter is soft. Mince fresh garlic if using whole cloves.
  2. Mix Base: In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Season: Add garlic salt, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until the butter is smooth and evenly seasoned.
  4. Taste & Adjust: Try a small amount and adjust seasonings if desired. Add more garlic or garlic salt depending on your preference.
  5. Store or Serve: Use immediately or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months. You can freeze in a container or portion into tablespoon-sized servings using an ice cube tray.
