Ingredients

  • 2 cups (about 1 pound) cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
