  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp butter, diced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 5 oz freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp red chili pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb broccoli, rinsed and cut into florets
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the sauce: In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy whipping cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
