  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)
 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss Broccoli:
    • Place the broccoli florets on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
    • Toss to coat the broccoli evenly.
  3. Roast:
    • Spread the broccoli in a single layer and roast for 14-18 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the stems are tender but crisp.
  4. Finish and Serve:
    • If using Parmesan, sprinkle it over the roasted broccoli right before serving.
    • Serve immediately.
