Ingredients:
¼ cup butter, melted
2 cans (12.4 ounces each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
4 large eggs
½ cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
¼ cup maple syrup
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Pour the melted butter into a 9x13-inch heat-resistant glass baking dish.
Prepare the Cinnamon Rolls:
Cut each cinnamon roll into 8 pieces.
Spread the pieces evenly over the bottom of the prepared dish.
Set aside the icing that comes with the rolls.
Make the Egg Mixture:
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour this mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces.
Add Toppings:
Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the casserole.
Drizzle with maple syrup.
Bake the Casserole:
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown.
Cool and Drizzle:
