Craving a dessert that's as delicious as it is easy? These Magic Bars (Hello Dolly Bars) are the answer! With layers of gooey chocolate, rich butterscotch, and crunchy pecans, all held together by sweetened condensed milk, this treat will become your new go-to for every occasion.
Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Set it aside.
Prepare the Crust:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with the graham cracker crumbs, stirring until evenly moistened.
Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan, using the back of a measuring cup to press it down firmly.
Layer the Toppings:
Evenly layer the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and chopped pecans on top of the crust.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the toppings, spreading it out with a spoon or butter knife if needed.
Optionally, sprinkle the top with sea salt.
Bake:
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the bars have set and the edges are slightly browned.
Cool and Cut:
Let the bars cool completely before cutting them into 20 squares.
