Ingredients:
1½ lbs lean ground beef
⅓ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 tbsp grated Parmesan
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix everything
except
the beef until combined.
Add the ground beef and mix until just combined—don’t overwork it!
Shape the mixture into 16 even-sized meatballs.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Place meatballs in a single layer, then lower the temp to 380°F.
Cook for 12–14 minutes, or until browned and the inside hits 165°F.
Let them rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Tips:
Air fryers can vary, so check your meatballs a minute or two early to avoid overcooking.
Store leftovers in the fridge (up to 4 days) or freezer (up to a month).
