Notes

 Ingredients:

  • 1½ lbs lean ground beef
  • ⅓ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

 Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix everything except the beef until combined.
  2. Add the ground beef and mix until just combined—don’t overwork it!
  3. Shape the mixture into 16 even-sized meatballs.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  5. Place meatballs in a single layer, then lower the temp to 380°F.
  6. Cook for 12–14 minutes, or until browned and the inside hits 165°F.
  7. Let them rest for 3 minutes before serving.

Tips:

  • Air fryers can vary, so check your meatballs a minute or two early to avoid overcooking.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge (up to 4 days) or freezer (up to a month).
