Ingredients:
1–2 garlic cloves, very finely minced
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Optional garnish:
Chopped fresh parsley or basil
To serve:
Bread for dipping (focaccia is a favorite!)
Instructions:
In a shallow bowl or plate, combine the minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and oregano.
Grate the Parmesan directly into the bowl.
Pour the olive oil over the ingredients and stir to combine.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped parsley or basil, if using.
Serve with your favorite bread and enjoy!
