Ingredients

cooked chicken, shredded or diced

dill pickles, diced

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, dill pickles, celery, red onion, green onion, and dill.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Enjoy immediately, or for best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
Optional Variations
Substitute Greek yogurt for part or all of the mayonnaise and sour cream for a lighter option.
Adjust the onion ratio to taste by using any combination of red and green onions (totaling ¼ cup).
