Notes

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 cups (1 pint) heavy whipping cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese over medium heat. Whisk constantly until everything is melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Continue whisking until fully combined.
  3. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring frequently, until it begins to thicken.
  5. Remove from heat and toss with your favorite hot pasta.

Tips:

  • Best served fresh, but you can store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat gently over low heat.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest texture and best flavor.
