Notes

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces corkscrew-shaped pasta
  • ¾ cup Italian-style salad dressing
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups chopped, cooked rotisserie chicken
  • 12 slices crispy turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 8 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cubed Muenster cheese (or substitute Monterey Jack)
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped

 

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:
    • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until tender yet firm to the bite.
    • Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Prepare the Dressing:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together the Italian-style dressing and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Combine Ingredients:
    • Add the cooked pasta, chicken, crispy turkey bacon (crumbled), cherry tomatoes, cheese, celery, green bell pepper, and avocado to the dressing.
    • Stir until everything is well-coated.
  4. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Chill or serve immediately and enjoy this delicious, creamy chicken club pasta salad!

 

Recipe Tip:

  • Feel free to swap the Muenster cheese for Monterey Jack if you prefer.
