4 medium russet or Idaho potatoes (about 7 oz each), washed and dried
Olive oil spray
½ tsp Kosher salt, divided
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Optional toppings:
Sour cream, Greek yogurt, butter, chives, broccoli and cheese, chili—whatever you like!
Instructions
Prep the Potatoes: Using a fork, pierce each potato all over.
Season: Lightly spray each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with about ¼ tsp salt.
Air Fry: Place potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until a knife easily pierces the center.
Serve: Slice open, season with the remaining salt and pepper, and add your favorite toppings.
