Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thick strips
  • 3 peppers, sliced into strips
  • 2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Fajita Seasoning:

  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp coriander
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

For Serving:

  • Flour tortillas
  • Lime wedges
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Sliced avocado

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prepare:
    Preheat the oven to 425°F.
    Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Assemble:
    Spread the chicken, bell peppers, onions, garlic, and olive oil on the baking sheet.
