- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp apple pie spice

Instructions
- Reduce the Cider: Follow the steps above to reduce the apple cider and let it cool.
- Preheat & Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a donut pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, apple pie spice, and salt.
